Age Groups

In the Roots Soccer League, the age cut off is determined by the age of the child on August 1st for the following Fall and Spring seasons. 
Age cutoffs for Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 season are below​

NSC offers travel teams from ages Under-8 to Under-14. To determine the age group to which you player belongs, consult the chart below. Find your player's birth year and birth month. The box of their year and month will determine their age group. For example, a player born in February of 2008 belongs to the Under-13 age group.
