Northampton Soccer Club is seeking a skilled coach and communicator to help us provide the very best in player and coach development for our program, which holds as a core value the importance of fair play and positive mentorship in sports.

Contract Description
The Coaching Director (CD) is a larger part-time position which encompasses all responsibilities related to player, coach, and team development within our club. This includes the responsibilities of the Coaching Coordinator role, plus:
The Coaching Director will be accountable to the Board of Directors and be expected to regularly solicit and engage with feedback from our volunteer coaches.

- contributing to the continued improvement and innovation of our soccer program
