Northampton Soccer Club is seeking a soccer coaching expert to help us provide the very best in player and coach development for our program, which holds as a core value the importance of fair play and positive mentorship in sports.
Ideal candidates are:

Candidates may be considered for one of two potential independent contract roles, depending on their capacity and experience:

Coaching Coordinator
The Coaching Coordinator (CC) is a smaller part-time position focused on providing on-field training and support to our volunteer coaches and participants in our Pre-Travel (ages 4-7) program.
This position will require presence at Florence Fields in Northampton multiple evenings each week (between 4:30-7:30), and for another weekly session of Pre-Travel (typically one hour on Saturday mornings) during the Spring and Fall seasons. Additional time commitments include:
The CC will collaborate with and receive guidance from the Director Teams in matters related to coaching curriculum, tryouts and team/roster formation, and other programmatic tasks. Coaching Director
The Coaching Director (CD) is a larger part-time position which encompasses all responsibilities related to player, coach, and team development within our club. This includes the responsibilities of the Coaching Coordinator role, plus:
