Game Day Prep

Game Lineups and Subs Tool

  •  This is a tool to help plan lineups, subs, playing time, etc. Feel free to use, modify, or ignore.

You Don't Have Enough Players for a Game?

  • The league allows for teams to have guest players for a game through the use of a pass carding process.
  • To get Player's MYSA ID Cards, contact the Coaching Director at [email protected] or Hank at [email protected]
  • Handwrite the guest player onto your roster. You must make sure you bring that player's MYSA ID Card (this is the only time player cards are required)

What Do You Need to Bring to the Game?

  • Coaches must bring and wear their MYSA Approved Badge/ID Card (coaches only) and two Official Rosters to EVERY game.
    • Check with NSC Registrar at [email protected] if you have not received your MYSA Coach Badge/ID Card yet
    • Video about how to print rosters

Corner Flags

  • If your game is at Florence Fields and you're the first game, then you'll need to put out the corner flags (found in the tall wooden shed on the corner of the field - by the main parking lot and street). If there are no games after yours, then please put the flags away.

Game Day Team Check-In Protocol

  • Check jersey #'s are on roster/correct (you can hand-write these)
  • Give the referee the rosters
  • Referee will keep one roster and give you the opposition's roster
  • If you're the home team, then follow and read the code of conduct pre-game policy
